Chapter 669: Soft Crystal Shield.

As a smart man who has survived for more than ten thousand years, he knew better than to rile a dragon up. If he had been in charge of the sect mission, he would have said something to make the dragon calm down and not take him so seriously. But because of his hatred for Loki, he decided to go out of his way to do something stupid.

As he was retreating, he thought to himself in part excitement and part fear, ’It really is a dragon and not any kind of dragon either. It is a dragon king.’

’Aside from the dragon king, there are six other dragons, so there are a total of seven dragons in this world. That means this world has met most of its requirements to advance to a super world. In that case, it is perfect for my plan.’

’However, the plan won’t be easy to execute. It seems I might have to bring in the slaves of my alliance to help me. At the end of the day, the people you can rely on are those who have to do what you ask them to do, even if they have to die.’

Then he sent a private message to Nether Flame, saying, "If you don’t want to die, run as fast as you can."

Nether Flame had been confused when he saw Money Body turn around and rush at him within the crystal shield. Now that Money Body was telling him to run, he became more confused. But at least, he knew to run for his life.

So he turned around too and ran out of the crystal shield. He used all of his strength to run. Unfortunately for him, he wasn’t fast enough. Money Body caught up to him. This meant that the spear of water had caught up to him, too.

Fortunately, Money Body grabbed him and pulled him along. This way, he wasn’t shredded completely by the water spear.

The two of them moved quickly and caught up to Ant Hill. Ant Hill was even slower than Nether Flame and needed help to escape. But Money Body ignored her and left her behind.

Even with Money Body’s great power, it should have been very difficult for two divine beings to move side by side in the crystal shield. The resistance they would face should have made this idea a bad idea.

The resistance of the crystal shield should have slowed the two divine beings down so that the best they could manage in the crystal shield was a crawl. That way, escaping at such a fast speed should have been impossible to achieve.

But not only was Money Body able to move at his full speed in the crystal shield, but he was also able to do so while pulling someone else along. To top it off, he was able to overtake someone in front of him and pass them by with the deadweight he was holding onto.

This could all be done thanks to the dedication to public safety of a certain someone who ordered Money Body to spend a lot of time and resources on weakening the crystal shield to an exorbitant level.

So thanks to that person, a crystal shield that should have been as hard as diamonds was now as flimsy as sheets of paper. This was one of the reasons why Money Body dared to insult a dragon king.

After Money Body overtook Monarch Ant Hill, he left her behind with no information. He didn’t even look at her, much less tell her that her life was in danger.

Fortunately, she didn’t need him to tell her that her life was in danger. She found out that information very quickly.

The black spear of water caught up to her and smashed her body apart. There was no resistance whatsoever.

It was as if her body was a balloon of air and the spear of water was a needle. Her body popped apart with a cute little explosion. Then her holy fire and Cave Heaven were exposed.

This experience of having her Cave Heaven exposed wouldn’t be new to her since she experienced it recently. But things were different this time around simply because the entity that popped open her Cave Heaven was determined to kill her.

Money Body hadn’t been targeting her specifically, so he hadn’t taken advantage of her when her Cave Heaven became exposed. But the spear of water had no such qualms. The black spear rushed into her Cave Heaven through her holy fire in the blink of an eye.

There was no hesitation on the part of the black spear of water whatsoever. It rushed into the exposed Cave Heaven and began destroying it. Everything the black water touched was torn asunder.

Monarch Ant Hill couldn’t do anything to stop the tide of black water that was destroying and poisoning everything it touched, even though she was now fighting on a battlefield that was supposed to favor her.

The difference in their power was just too much for her. She hadn’t been able to do anything to stop the black water in the first dimension, and there was also nothing she could do to stop it now that it was in her Cave Heaven.

All of her spirit creatures were destroyed. Her Cave Heaven was cracked apart and dissolved. Then the core of her Cave Heaven was invaded. The black tide of water rose into the air to submerge the sun of the Cave Heaven.

It was clear to her that she would die permanently if things were allowed to continue at this rate. So she wisely chose to commit suicide. She destroyed her Divine Metac and let her Life Fire go out, even though she still had a lot of lifespan to spare.

This would have been a bad idea if her attacker had been right there with her in her Cave Heaven. Her death would only allow her attacker to destroy her Cave Heaven without any resistance.
